Welcome to The Dooty Dudes! By scheduling our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Offerings
Included Services:
Regular pet waste removal.
Yard sanitization is included once a month for recurring customers and with all one-time cleanings.
Free corrections are offered within 48 hours of being notified of any issues.
Optional Add-Ons:
Yard deodorizer is available as an upsell. Pricing and arrangements will be discussed directly with customers.
2. Payments
Payments are processed monthly on the day you signed up for service through Square.
Payment is required upfront. If payment is not received, services will be paused until payment is made.
No payment plans are available at this time.
3. Cancellations
Customers may cancel their service at any time.
If payment has already been made, The Dooty Dudes will continue service through the end of the paid month.
To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle (the day you signed for service).
4. Refunds and Corrections
No refunds are offered.
If there is an issue with the service, customers can request a free correction within 48 hours of the original service.
5. Additional Fees and Surcharges
No additional fees or surcharges will be applied except for optional add-ons like the yard deodorizer.
6. Damage or Liability
The Dooty Dudes is not responsible for any damage to property or injuries that occur during service.
7. Schedule Adjustments
Service dates may occasionally change due to unforeseen issues (e.g., weather, emergencies). Customers will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.
Services will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
8. Customer Data Usage
Customer information, including email addresses and phone numbers, will be used for communication and marketing purposes.
9. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes or issues, customers must submit a ticket by texting their name, address, and problem to 817-262-5550.
The Dooty Dudes will work to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
10. Updates to Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to change. Customers will be notified of updates via email or text.
